The vision of Kairos is to seek God, transform people, and change the world.

FOUR PILLARS
1.) PRAYER
2.) PRESENCE
3.) PEOPLE
4.) PURPOSE

Mission

The mission of Kairos is to create an atmosphere full of the presence of God that will lead people into true change, revival and transformation. Seeking God, building people and helping others into their true purpose and identity will cause Kairos to be a ripple effect in the world and community. Kairos is a place where changed people, change the world.

HOW:
Our mission will be accomplished by creating strategic T.E.A.M.S. (Training. Equipping. Activating. Maturing. Sending). As we help others identify their purpose in Jesus Christ and develop structured teams, in time we will be able to fill gaps in the church and in the city. We are an apostolic center that will equip others for the work of the ministry. The foundation of our organization will be the five fold ministry because the five fold is the full expression of Jesus Christ who is the Chief cornerstone.

We do not believe in the traditional one man show kind of ministry. We believe in the Jesus model which involves creating teams. “Teams” is an acronym that stands for Train, Equip, Activate, Mature and Send.

Our Beliefs

God
We believe in God, who is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in One. We believe that God is the creator of all things and without Him nothing was made that was made. John 1:3
Scriptures
We believe that both the Old Testament and New Testament in the Holy Bible was breathed and inspired by the infallible Word of God. We believe that what was written in the scriptures was written for our instruction 2 Timothy 3:16 We believe that the word of God is living and active Hebrews 4:12-14 and will never pass away. Matthew 24:35
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, He is also the Word made flesh. Jesus is God in flesh and dwelt among us. John 1:14 We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin named Mary. Matthew 1:23 We believe that Jesus chose the disciples after being baptized in the Jordan river and was anointed to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the broken hearted, proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set liberty to to those who are oppressed. Luke 4:18-19. We believe that Jesus Christ died by giving His life and rose from the grave the third day. Matthew 24:6 We believe that in the process of time Jesus Christ will make a return and no man knows the day or hour. Matthew 24:36
Man
We believe that man was made in the image of God. We believe that all man has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23We believe that man was created for the glory of God. Isaiah 43:7 We believe that Jesus Christ died for all man and no man is exempt from the ministry of reconciliation.
The Holy Spirit
We believe that Jesus upon His departure sent the Holy Spirit our comforter. John 14:15 We believe that the Holy Spirit resides on the inside of us, as equal power to God. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the endowment with power following. We believe that when you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit that you also receive power to be a witness. Acts 1:8 We also believe in all the gifts of the spirit. 1 Corinthians 12 & 14 We believe that the development of the gifts should be encouraged and cultivated by the guidance of those called in the local church.
The Church/Five Fold
We believe that the church is built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the cornerstone. Ephesians2:20 We believe in the five fold ministry which includes the apostle, prophet, teacher, evangelist and pastor. We are a church that desires to have all functions of offices to be utilized in the body of Christ at our local assembly. Eph 4:11-16 We believe in advancing the kingdom, we do not believe in division or sectarianism. We believe in having a network based on our vision to ensure the growth and accountability for other church organizations.
The Kingdom
We believe in the power and working of the Kingdom of God now! We believe in the literal second coming of our Lord, the literal rule of Christ upon the earth, the resurrection of the regenerate to eternal life and the unregenerate to eternal damnation and the victory of the eternal Kingdom of God. Acts 1:9 – 11; Dan. 12:2; Rev. 22:1 – 7
Prosperity
We believe in prosperity. 3 John 2. We believe in various types of prosperity, financial, physical, mental and spiritual. God has called His people to prosper spiritually Romans 10:9-10, mentally Isaiah 26:3, financially Luke 6:38 and physically Matthew 8:17
Healing
We believe in Divine Healing that divine provision was made for the physical, mental, and spiritual healing of the believer through the prayer of faith and by the laying on of hands. It is provided for by the redemptive work of Christ and is a privilege to every member in the Church today. (James 5:14-15, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24)

Matthew 28:18-19
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
